- Findings
- On or about December 16, 2023, Alleged Victim (AV) did not receive appropriate services according to his/her care needs. Based on facility documentation and interviews, it was determined that Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to follow AV's care plan due to AP2 making TikTok Videos during his/her work shift instead of meeting AV's care toileting care needs. AP2's action caused AV unreasonable discomfort which is considered neglect of care which constitutes abuse. Alleged Perpetrator 3 (AP3) allegedly neglected AV. An investigation determined no abuse occurred by AP3.
