- Findings
- On or about December 15, 2023, Alleged Victim (AV) had $805 dollars wrongfully taken by an unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2). AP2's actions is considered financial exploitation. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for AV which resulted in AV being financially exploited which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
