Findings: The Alleged Victim relies on the facility for care. On or about January 24, 2025, it was discovered AV had experienced a change of condition, resulting in AV developing skin breakdown and lung crackles due to lung virus. AV also was not given his/her medications according to physician orders. The facility failed to provide appropriate services, resulting in repeated unnecessary discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP25-00438 $1500.00 fine assessed
