Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for the Alleged Victim (AV). The failure resulted in the facility failing to reorder the AV’s long-acting insulin timely, causing the AV to go without their insulin from approximately two days; February 02, 2024, and February 03, 2024, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
