Findings: The facility failed to ensure the Alleged Victim's (AV) medication was obtained and administered as ordered post surgery. The failure resulted in AV going back to the ER 3 times between 02/21/24 and 02/27/24, with symptoms and concerns, but there was never a mention around AV not receiving hospital discharge medications. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
