Findings: On or about March 4, 2024, the facility failed to administer Alleged Victim's (AV) blood pressure medication as ordered. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system, resulted in unreasonable discomfort due to AV showing signs of being lightheaded, and being unsteady on feet, almost losing balance. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
