Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to the Alleged Victim (AV). The failure resulted in the facility not administering the AV’s Thyroid medication from approximately February 21, 2024, through March 15, 2024, putting them at risk of harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
