Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) was prescribed medication that needed a qualified facility staff member to administer. On or about March 24, 2024, AV was to have his/her blood glucose checked and receive his/her medication at approximately 8:00 am. No staff in the facility were qualified to administer this medication to AV, leaving AV without getting his/her blood glucose checked or prescribed medication, which placed AV at risk for harm. The facility's failure to provide qualified staff to administer medication is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
