Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for the Alleged Victim (AV) by not having medications available. On or about March 31, 2024, through April 7, 2024, the AV did not receive their scheduled eye drop medication which resulted in unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
