Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is prescribed daily medications that are to be stocked and administered by the facility. On or about May 4, 2024 and May 5, 2024, AV went without two different medications that control blood pressure and gout. The facility failed to ensure AV's medications were re-ordered timely so that AV would not be without his/her medication. AV's missed medications placed AV at risk for harm. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
