Findings: On or about May 21, 2024, the Alleged Victim (AV) used his/her call light for assistance in the bathroom. AV used the call light at 6:56 am, no staff responded for 40 minutes, leaving AV in unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure to answer the call light in a timely manner is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP24-00251 $250.00 fine assessed
