Findings: The facility failed to follow the care plan and provide appropriate services according to the Alleged Victim (AV)'s needs relating to showers and providing available PRN medications to AV prior to assisting AV with daily cares. AV has PRN medication available to assist with AV refusing to shower. The PRN medication available to AV were not consistently offered to AV. This failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP25-00297 $500.00 fine assessed
