Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) had money taken from his/her room. AV had approximately $200.00 in a money clip. AV noticed the cash was missing and only $14.00 remained. AV's money was taken by an unknown Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2). AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitutes financial abuse. The facility's failure to protect AV from financial abuse is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
