Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is to receive his/her blood pressure medication once a day in the morning. On or about June 19, 2024, AV was given his/her last pill of this medication. The facility failed to re-order AV's medication, causing AV to not receive his/her medication for three days. Staff are to re-order medication 5 days prior to the last dose is given. 6 different staff administered the last 7 doses of AV's medication and did not re-order the medication. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
