Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) receives his/her medication from facility staff. Staff are to re-order AV's medications when they have 10 days of medication left. On or about June 28, 2024, AV requested his/her as needed pain medication. The facility had failed to re-order AV's medication and was unable to give AV's medication timely, causing AV to have unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure to ensure AV had his/her medication as needed is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
