Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for the Alleged Victim (AV) by administering the wrong dose of blood pressure medication. From approximately May 01, 2024, through July 12, 2024, the AV was given double the dose of their blood pressure medications approximately six times creating a risk of harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
