Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is bed bound and is full assist with dressing. On or about August 19, 2024, AV was found to be in the same clothing that AV was seen in 3 days prior. Staff assigned to work with AV were not familiar with AV's care needs and did not offer to assist AV with changing his/her clothing, nor were there enough staff over the weekend to ensure AV's care needs were met. The facility's failure to ensure AV's care needs were met is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP25-00040 $750.00 fine assessed
