Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage his/her medications. On or about August 26, 2024, while in training, a staff member gave AV the wrong medication, resulting in AV being dizzy and having a headache. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care which constitutes abuse.
