Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for the Alleged Victim (AV) to ensure they received their medications as scheduled. From about August 23, 2024, through August 29, 2024, the AV was not administered Approximately three medication causing nausea, vomiting and withdrawal like symptoms. The AV was transported to the local hospital for treatment. The failure to provide a safe medication administration system is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
