Findings: On or about October 7, 2024, Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) and another staff were assisting the Alleged Victim (AV) with incontinence care. AP2 was admittedly tired and frustrated. While changing AV, he/she expressed discomfort by stating "ow" and "stop". AP2 made a statement in front of AV that "he/she was not going to do this baby crap" and continued to change AV. AP2's verbal actions are a violation of resident rights are considered neglect of care and constitute emotional abuse.
