Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) receives his/her medication from the facility. On or about November 9, 2024, AV was not given a prescribed dose of his/her blood thinning medication, placing AV at risk for harm. The facility's failure to ensure AV received his/her medication as prescribed is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
