Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to provide a safe medication administration system. According to an investigation, the AV went without their prescribed medication over multiple days due to the facility not having a safe way to track medications that are delivered by mail. The facility failed to implement a procedure to track and identify medications that are delivered by mail, which is a violation of resident rights and is neglect which constitutes abuse.
