Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is prescribed medication for chest pain, to be taken once per day. The facility failed to administer this medication from November 24, 2024 through November 27, 2024, as the facility had failed to timely re-order AV's medication. While AV didn't receive this medication, he/she experienced continued unreasonable discomfort including crushing chest pain and anxiety. The facility's failure to provide AV's medication as prescribed is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
