Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to provide showers appropriately to the Alleged Victim (AV). During interviews with the AV, it was determined the AV requested showers at least three times a week. it was documented the facility is providing the AV with one shower a week. The failure to provide weekly showers per the AV request has resulted in unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP25-00125 $500.00 fine assessed
