Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) receives his/her medication from facility staff. During the month of December 2024, AV failed to receive his/her medication on at least 5 separate occasions. AV receives this medication to prevent heart failure. Missing AV's medication places AV at risk for serious harm. The facility's failure to ensure AV's medication was administered as ordered is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
