Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage their medications. According to an investigation, the AV was not administered their medications as ordered on multiple occasions between approximately November 11, 2024 and January 4, 2025, resulting in repeated unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to administer the AV’s medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care, and constitutes abuse.
