Findings: On or about February 4, 2025, the Alleged Victim (AV) had a family member switch out his/her television in his/her room. AV's old television was offered to Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2), which he/she took because he/she needed a television. Facility staff are not allowed to receive gifts or gratuities from facility residents. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility's failure to protect AV from financial abuse is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
