Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is prescribed as needed pain medication, which is administered by the facility. In January 2025 and February 2025, AV went multiple days in a row without receiving his/her as needed pain medication. When AV does not receive this medication, AV experiences loss of sleep, increased pain, increased anxiety and depression. The facility's failure to provide this medication to AV caused AV unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP25-00435 $500.00 fine assessed
