Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage their medications. According to an investigation on or about March 31, 2025, it was discovered that the facility did not reorder AV's pain medications in a timely manner, causing AV to miss several doses of pain medication. AV experienced increased pain and discomfort. The facility failed to have AV's medications available, which is a violation of resident's rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
