Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for medication management and administration. According to an investigation, the AV did not receive their prescribed cream on approximately ten occasions from March 27 through April 2, 2025, which resulted in unreasonable discomfort to AV. The facility failed to administer AV’s medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident rights and neglect of care which constitutes abuse.
