Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned to have assistance with two showers a week, Monday and Thursday. AV had went to the hospital and then to a Nursing Facility for after care and returned to the facility approximately mid March. AV only received two showers in a four week period. The facility's failure to follow the care plan caused AV unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP25-00343 $225.00 fine assessed
