- Findings
- The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on facility staff to ensure resident’s rights. According to an investigation, the Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) verbally threatened the AV. AP2’s actions are considered verbal abuse and constitutes abuse. The facility did not keep AV free from verbal abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative rules.
