Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. AV made a grievance on or about April 1, 2025, regarding an opposite sex resident who had touched AV twice in a sexual manner and the facility had not done anything to address AV’s grievance. The first incident Witness 1 (W1) touched AV’s breasts. The second incident W1 cornered AV and touched AV’s arm. As a result, this made AV upset, and he/she began to yell. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP25-00428 $250.00 fine assessed
