- Findings
- Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medications. AV’s medication was filled on May 13, 2025, with 30 pills for 28 days and as of May 21, 2025, AV only had four (4) pills remaining. AV ran out of medication 21 days before AV should have. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
