Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medications. According to an investigation, on or about May 13, 2025, the facility determined AV did not receive a medication as ordered for restless leg syndrome. AV did not receive the medication from April 13, 2025, through May 19, 2025, resulting in unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to administer medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
