Findings: According to the documentation, an unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to protect the Alleged Victim (AV) from financial exploitation. On or about June 17, 2025, when the AV returned to their room after dinner, they noticed their wallet felt lighter than normal. Upon inspection, the AV found $450.00 to be missing from their wallet. After an investigation from the facility, they were unable to locate the money or identify who may have taken the money. AP2 failed to protect the AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
