Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) admitted to taking or borrowing approximately $5,200.00 from AV while being employed by the facility. AP2 was trained on residents rights and financial abuse of residents. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility's failure to ensure AV's safety from financial exploitation is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
