- Findings
- The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage his/her medications. According to an investigation, AV did not receive his/her antibiotic as ordered for approximately ten 10 days, resulting in burning and pain. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
