Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to ensure resident rights and to provide assistance with laundry. The AV was service planned for assistance with laundry on a routine basis. According to an investigation, the AV was missing multiple pieces of clothing and linens. The facility failed to track the AV's belongings when removed for laundering, resulting in the loss of property, which is a violation of resident’s rights, is neglect of care, and constitutes abuse.
