Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for the Alleged Victim (AV) by not having their medication available on site. From approximately July 07 and 08, 2025, the AV did not receive their medication to limit unvoluntary muscle movement due to the facility running out of medications. This same incident happened on approximately 3 days in June 2025. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system by not having the AV’s scheduled medication in the facility, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP25-01056 $500.00 fine assessed
