Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for their care. According to an investigation, on or about October 3, 2025, AV was diagnosed with a UTI and given medication. AV finished the medication on or about October 10, 2025, but continued to show UTI symptoms. AV did not start a second round of medication until approximately October 17, 2025, resulting in continued pain and unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to assure timely medical treatment, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP26-00100 $1500.00 fine assessed
