Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to provide a home-like environment that is safe. According to an investigation AV had placed $45.00 in their wallet and then discovered that the money was missing from the wallet, which was in the closet of their room. An unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) was determined to have taken AV's money, which is financial exploitation which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect the resident from financial exploitation, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rule.
