Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to provide a safe environment. Witness 1 (W1) and AV have had multiple resident-to-resident altercations in place. W1 grabbed AV's hands causing bruising, small scratches and nail marks on AV's wrists. W1 was serviced planned to have a one-to-one support and the facility did not have that in place in time of the altercation. The facility failed to provide AV with a safe environment, which is a violation of resident rights and is neglect which constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP26-00685 $375.00 fine assessed
