Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for medication administration and management. According to an investigation, AV ran out of prescription medication for pain on 02/07/2026.The facility did not place a request from the pharmacy for a refill until AV was completely out of pain medication. AV missed more than six doses of pain medication causing AV to experience pain and withdrawal symptoms. The facility failed to administer medication as ordered, which is neglect and constitutes abuse.
