Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to provide a safe, homelike environment. According to an investigation, AV reported that $150.00 went missing from their wallet. It was determined that an unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) is responsible for the loss of AV's money. The facility failed to provide a safe environment, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules. AP2's actions are considered theft and constitutes abuse by means of financial abuse.
