Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage their medications. According to an investigation, on or around June 21, 2026, the facility ran out of AV's pain medication, as it had not been re-ordered timely. As a result, AV experienced unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration to ensure AV’s medication was available to be administered as ordered, which is a violation of resident’s rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
