- The facility failed to carry out medication and treatment orders as prescribed in accordance with OAR 411-054-0055(1)(f); per complaint a resident missed numerous doses of his/her antibiotics and per complaint the facility has repeatedly lost a resident’s medication and failed to carry out medication orders as prescribed, which is a violation of oregon administrative rules.
