- The facility failed to ensure medication and treatment orders must be carried out as prescribed in accordance with OAR 411-054-0055(1)(f). Per complaint, a resident had been wheezing and had not been receiving his/her morning inhaler, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
