- Findings
- The allegation that the facility failed to develop and implement a written policy that prohibits the falsification of records in accordance with OAR 411-054-0025(8)(a) per complaint that staff are falsifying Medication and Treatment Administration Records, resident was recorded as receiving assistance with hearing aids that were out of the facility for repair at the time of notation. Assistance with putting ted hose assistance in the morning was not notated, however assistance with removal was notated in the evening when resident is unable to put them on unassisted was verified.
