- CS reviewed Residents #1-3 medication administration records (MARs) and progress notes for May 2022. Resident #1 and #3 did not receive medications as prescribed in May 2022 due to not having the medication available, waiting on orders from the doctor, or awaiting delivery from pharmacy. The facility does not appear to be giving medications as ordered.
